The Equestrian Center offers horseback riding, along with riding and driving lessons for all levels of experience, plus special programs and birthday parties organized by the Equestrian Manager. Ride on miles of scenic country trails and backroads, or enjoy our state-of-the-art lighted and heated indoor arena, a perfect setting for special events, as well as that special ride. Horse Training 
Our professional staff offers training in all disciplines - Hunter, Jumper, Equitation and Combined training for beginners, intermediate and advanced riders.Kelly’s Ford Equestrian Center is now offering our new trainer Deanna Follin. Deanna has ridden and trained "A" Circuit for over 10 years. Traveling from Florida on the circuit to Nationals in D.C has given Deanna years of experience. She has personally ridden and trained all the way through Grand Prix Level. She has broken many green horses and taken them to the main circuit in all disciplines of Hunter, Jumper and Equitation. Deanna works well with all types of horses and riders who are beginner through advanced as well as horses or riders with issues or fears. She specializes in Hunter/Jumper/Equitation and low level Combined Training. 
You may also enjoy a surrey ride in the country or a sleigh ride in the snow.The stable offers box stalls, a heated wash rack, turnouts and an adjacent roundpen for training. You may board your own horse or ride one of ours. The heated stable tack rooms have lockers with a guest shower. The Loft which has 12 boarding stalls with an upstairs clubhouse, outdoor riding ring, roundpen, wash rack, and turn out paddocks, with run-ins. 
The Arena II is 80'X140' Heated and lighted indoor Arena which is designed for special events, training, riding and lessons.The facility is available for our borders and guests.  
 Enjoy our Cross-country jump course designed by Olympic Bronze Medalist Nina Fout which includes 23 jumps at Beginner Novice and Novice level. 
The Kelly´s Ford Equestrian Center is located on the historical site of the Kelly´s Ford Civil War Battlefield and is part of the 500 acre estate at Kelly´s Ford facility located along the Rappahannock River. You are also directly across the river from and within easy access of the 4,500 acre Chester Phelps Wildlife Management area, a Virginia treasure abundant with wildlife and scenic trails. Kelly´s Ford and the surrounding countryside are perfect for the horseman.
The Inn at Kelly's Ford offers ten luxurious suites and two 3-bedroom houses, each with a fireplace, a casual yet elegant  restaurant for fine dining and Pelham´s Pub for your favorite beverage and light fare.
